1. Return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on ErnestoDolani.it, you can return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of July 6, 2005 (Consumer Code).
To start the return process, send a written request to hello@ernestodolani.it, filling out the return form in the “DELIVERY & RETURN” section and completing all required fields.
Once authorization has been received, the product must be shipped to the following address:

2. Types of returns
Return for Refund
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued after the product has been checked for integrity and within 14 working days of receipt of the return at our warehouses.
- Any differences in amount due to exchange rates are non-refundable.
Return costs for refunds:
- Italy: €8.00 for orders under €199.00 – free above this threshold.
- International: cost equal to the initial shipping rate.
Return for Exchange (size/item)
- You may request a change of size or item, provided that the new product has a value equal to or greater than the original one.
Return costs for exchanges:
- Italy:
- Orders <€199.00 → €8.00 for return shipping
- Orders ≥ €199.00 → the customer only pays for the return shipping, the new shipment is free of charge
- Abroad:
- Orders< €499.00 → cost equal to initial shipping
- Orders ≥ €499.00 → the customer only pays for the return shipping, the new shipment is free of charge
2. Return policy
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all materials included (labels, tags, tissue paper, accessories, documents).
- Items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Footwear must have clean soles and show no signs of wear.
- Items may include warranty seals: these must not be removed or damaged.
- Ernesto Dolani reserves the right to request photographic documentation before authorizing a return.
Returns must be made exclusively through the courier indicated in the return instructions sent by email. Returns sent with different couriers will not be accepted, unless we have given our written approval. In the event of exceptions, we reserve the right to charge the cost to the refund.
3. Refusal of Returns
Ernesto Dolani reserves the right to:
- refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions;
- return the goods that were not accepted, charging the shipping costs;
- deduct a penalty ranging from 5% to 25% from the refund in the event of incorrect returns or damaged products;
