(4) Product images are accurate, but may present slight differences due to the technical characteristics of devices.
(5) The purchase process is completed upon order confirmation, which becomes binding only after the sending of the confirmation via e-mail by Ernesto Dolani.

3. Prices and Payments

(1) Prices are indicated in euros (or local currency, where specified) and include VAT and taxes, unless otherwise specified on the checkout page.
(2) Payment takes place via the secure Nexi system. Ernesto Dolani does not apply surcharges, but the Customer may incur potential fees from their own banking institution.

5. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

6. Legal Warranty

(2) Claims are not accepted for products modified by the Customer or by third parties, unless proof of a pre-existing defect is provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

(1) Ernesto Dolani is only liable for damages resulting from willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by its own conduct.
(2) It is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its control.

8. Reservation of Title

Products remain the property of Ernesto Dolani until full payment has been made by the Customer.

9. Force Majeure

(1) Ernesto Dolani may suspend services in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events.
(2) In such a case, the Customer will be informed promptly and may cancel the order after 15 days, receiving a refund.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

(1) All products and content on the site are protected by intellectual property rights.
(2) Any reproduction, modification, or use of designs, models, or patents belonging to Ernesto Dolani S.r.l. without authorization is prohibited.

11. Privacy

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(2) In the event of disputes, the competent jurisdiction is the Italian one, subject to mandatory provisions of the Customer's place of residence.
