Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Invoicing

Upon request, a tax invoice can be sent via email.

For Italian companies, it is necessary to provide the PEC address, the unique code or recipient code, and the order number for the electronic invoice to be issued through the Interchange System (SDI).

4. Order tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Package receipt

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact our customer service at hello@ernestodolani.it.

If the package is accepted without reservation, any complaints may not be accepted.
