1. Right of withdrawal and how to request it

If you have purchased on ernestodolani.it, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

How to request a return

1. Log in to your account using the email address you used to place the order.
   
2. Go to the My Orders section and select the order you wish to return.
   
3. Click on Request a return.
   
4. Select the items, state the reason for the request, and submit it.
   
5. You will receive an email confirmation and instructions for shipping the return.

2. Returns with refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Once the return has been received and the condition of the items checked, we will proceed with the refund within the timeframes established by applicable regulations. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.

Return costs for refund

• Italy: €8.00 for orders under €199.00; free for orders equal to or over €199.00.
  
• Rest of the world: cost equal to the initial shipping fee.

3. Size or item exchange

You can request a size or item exchange, provided that the new product has a value equal to or greater than that of the original item. In case of a higher amount, payment of the difference will be required.

Exchange return costs

• Italy: for orders under €199.00, the return cost is €8.00. For orders equal to or greater than €199.00, the customer only bears the return cost; the new shipment is free of charge.
  
• Rest of the world: for orders under €499.00, the return cost is equal to the initial shipping rate. For orders equal to or greater than €499.00, the customer only bears the return cost; the new shipment is free of charge.

4. Return Conditions

Items must be returned complete with original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and materials received.

Products must be returned in an undamaged condition, without signs of use beyond those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and fit. The soles of footwear must be clean and free from signs of wear.

If present, security seals must not be removed or damaged.

We reserve the right to request photographic documentation before arranging pickup or sending return instructions.

To facilitate the handling of the process, we ask that you use the courier indicated in the instructions sent via email. Any shipments made with a different courier must be agreed upon in advance.

5. Non-compliant returns

If the returned items show damage, signs of use, or are missing essential components, Ernesto Dolani may apply a reduction to the refund proportionate to the decrease in value of the product or return the items to the sender, with the relative shipping costs charged to the sender.
