1. Couriers and delivery times

Ernesto Dolani ships daily via reliable express couriers such as SDA, GLS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 24/48 hours.
  • Europe: 3/5 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 5/6 working days.

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and any customs checks.

2. Shipping costs

  • Italy:
    • orders over €199.00: Free shipping
    • orders under €199.00: the cost is €7.00
  • European Union:
    • orders over €499.00: Free shipping
    • orders under €499.00: costs vary based on the country of destination.
  • Rest of the world: Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and will be visible during the purchase process.

Note: Any customs duties are payable by the customer.

3. Billing

Upon request, you can receive your tax invoice via email. For Italian companies, you must provide your certified email address (PEC), unique code or recipient code, and order number for the electronic invoice to be issued via the Exchange System (SDI).

4. Order tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Receiving the package

Upon delivery, we encourage you to carefully inspect the package before signing the confirmation of receipt. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please report this immediately to the courier and contact our customer service at
hello@ernestodolani.it.
Please note: If the package is accepted without reservation, any complaints may not be accepted.

6. Holidays (no shipping)

In Italy, no shipments are made on the following public holidays:
